What We Do

Spraycrete

Concrete resurfacing (spraycrete) is a cementitious product ideal for outdoor areas exposed to the weather such as driveways, patios, and pathways. The product expands and contracts at the same rate as the concrete underneath, unlike epoxy, making it extremely durable and resistant to cracking. It also has a very high slip rating, making it both safe and practical for residential and commercial spaces.

While traditional concrete can be thick, heavy, and difficult to apply, concrete resurfacing works more like a spray can of paint. This allows for more precise and even coverage, creating a clean, modern finish. It’s the perfect solution for concrete resurfacing — giving existing surfaces a solid, long-lasting, and fast-curing new layer of concrete without the need for a full replacement.

Why Choose Spraycrete?

Increases Lifespan and Durability of Surfaces – By concrete resurfacing, you are effectively increasing the lifespan and durability of whatever surface you are applying it to, so you won’t have to worry about doing any repairs or resurfacing any time in the near future and thus saving you money in the process.

Budget-friendly Solution – Concrete resurfacing is a very cost-effective solution with its overall smaller price tag and its ability to increase the lifespan and durability of the surfaces that you apply it to, therefore protecting your bottom line for both the short term and the long term.

Multiple Customisation Options – With how easy it is to use apply spraycrete, you can choose from a vast array of customisation options like the utilisation of more unique patterns and designs as well as the application of a wide variety of colours so you can give it your personal touch.

How is Spraycrete Applied?

Firstly, we grind back the concrete surface of any debris and open the concrete to allow for proper adhesion. We then repair cracks and reinstate expansion joints where needed. Masking tape is applied to the walls and screens on the lawn and garden to keep your home clean and tidy. We then apply a primer that aids to the base coat adhesion.

A base coat is applied then 1 or 2 coats of colour and texture. We have a large variety of colours and stencils to choose from. Finally, we apply 2 coats of acrylic sealer to protect the coating. Resealing time depends on wear and tear, and exposure to the weather. When the colour starts to fade, then it is required. Approximately 4-5 years.
